Food: Their food ranges from decent to good. There are other vegan restaurants that we have been to that have done better in this category. At least, in terms of taste. They have another component going for them here though. Their menu and the choice on their consist or more healthy options for you. Don’t get me wrong, there is some vegan junk food as it is know on there to but the majority of the menu is on the healthier side. With that being the case, the taste not hitting as hard is more understandable. It’s not bad in terms of taste but rather somewhat average and some items fall in the good category

Atmosphere: They certainly are going for a plant based theme. I mean this literally. There are plants and paintings of plants all over the the restaurant. This is shown in our video review below. Since they are a plant based restaurant, this is visually perfect! It’s also a very quiet space which can be seen as a plus. We do feel that some music at a low volume could help to enhance the experience here but there’s nothing wrong with a quiet space. It sure beats the alternative of a loud space, right?

Customer Service: This is easily their strongest category. They have an actually physical menu which is a big plus nowadays. They also came to the table to take out orders and brought us or checks. The food came out very fast. It only took about 15 to 20 minutes from the time someone ordered to get their food which is awesome! Truth be told, we feel other restaurants can learn from their example here

Price: It’s a very economical place. Portions and price were very balanced. In general, they are on the cheaper side when it comes to vegan restaurants. We only had good things to say here.

Overall our visit to Jeff’s In was a good one. Decent food that is more on the healthier side combined with a good portion to price ratio, excellent service and a quiet plant based atmosphere makes us excited to recommend you give them a try and we’re looking forward to the next time we pay them a visit again!

Vegan Vibrationz Veggie Outers Review (Frisco)

Category: Vegan

Rating: 7.9

The Vegan Vibrationz (Pun Intended) of this meetup was the definition of a mixed bag. Ultimately a tasty food experience runs into a mediocre atmosphere one. It isn’t completely their fault though. Or is it? Continue further to find out! Not in the mood to read? Check out the video review below!

Food: Easily the best category here is the food. We were impressed by how the servings sizes were structured to make us full. Another highlight were the variety of protein sources for their menu. Most places just have impossible or beyond meat and call it a day but they proteins such as walnut meat for example. All in all they are solid when it comes to food

Atmosphere: Here is where it gets a little controversial. They are one of the restaurants inside of legacy hall. That means that they have all of the pros and cons of legacy hall. If you like the sports bar feel of the place, you’ll probably like the atmosphere here. If you don’t though, this can be an issue. Legacy Hall when we went (Which was on a Saturday) was loud, packed and hard to find seating. Many veggie outers took issue with these cons. The divisive part though is the fact that Vegan Vibrationz is not a dine in restaurant so are the cons their fault in this case? We’ll leave that decision up to you.

Customer Service: This is another category that has layers to it based on their situation. On one hand, our experience with the Vegan Vibrationz staff themselves were great! They were fairly timely and friendly. However, the table at which we sat at were very slow to get cleaned so we could get seated. That in itself isn’t their fault but since stuff like this subtract from the customer service experience in general, we felt there was a cap on how far they can really go in this category. For further elaboration on this, check out Elijah’s part in the video review where he discusses this in greater detail.

Price: They are kind of pricy but every place is at this point. One thing to note in particular here though is this depends a lot on what your get. Some entrees like the nachos are packed with food which balance out the high price. Others are a little underdeveloped for the price. Because of this, we’d recommend seeing a picture of what you’ll get so that your expectations can be in the right place. These are provided in the food section of the video review

Overall Vegan Vibrationz offers great food by very friendly and fast staff but the legacy hall experience can hold the restaurant back from reaching its full potential for some people.
