Food: The food was tasty for all of us! We did have one common complaint though. It seems that their food isn’t as spicy as we would have liked. Many of us expected to get something spicy by selecting a 4 or 5 when presented with a spice scale on certain dishes. We felt that what a restaurant considered a 4 is more like a 2. If you’re a spice lover, this is something you’ll want to keep in mind. Otherwise, the food was great!
Customer Service: They were straight up traditional here (Which is a refreshing good thing!) Ever since the pandemic, many resturants have switched to this self serve model. Not them though. They brough our food out to us, took our orders and made sure our beverages remained full. They managed to do all of this in a timely manner too. We feel confident in saying that they have the best customer service that we’ve experienced this year in 2022!
Atmosphere: The visually inside is very eccentric and cultural. That provides a nice change of pace from the stand restaurant interiors that we encounter in most places. That combined with a good mix of gernes when it comes to music created a very laid back atmosphere that we found to our liking!
Price: Here would be their lowest ranking of the 4 categories. The prices aren’t unreasonably high but they aren’t low either. They are just kind of average. This is with inflation being taken into account. With that being said, the prices are ok
Overall we enjoyed our visit with Best Thai Addision. Their service was a stand out among their peers and this is complimented by a great atmosphere and food!
